Page 2 of 8: Important 2-min Epic MD Survey

Below is a short survey we are asking you to distribute to the physicians in your department to get their views on the EPR implementation. It should take 2 minutes to complete. Survey results will support our change management discussions during our upcoming MAC retreat on April 17th.

One very significant question in this survey concerns whether people have had Epic training before at other sites. It is possible that those department members will be given the opportunity to “test out” of training. It is critically important that we understand how many of those people exist at Unity, but also to be able to identify them so that they are appropriately given access.

Please note, each leader has a unique survey link, please only share your link with your department. We’re looking to have all responses in, ideally, by April 10.
