Do you (or your staff) access the EMR for your research work? If yes, have you (or your staff) signed up for research EMR Training? In anticipation of the Epic go-live on November 30, 2024, we are requesting that if you (or your staff) require access to the EMR for your research work that you review the Research EMR course descriptions found here: Training Catalogue (page 146-147). It is ultimately the responsibility of the Research Program Manager/PI to ensure that their research personnel who require access to the EMR sign up and complete the appropriate research EMR training before the Go Live Date. Research personnel who have NOT completed the appropriate research EMR training will not be able to access the EPIC EMR after Go Live (until required training is complete). Please note there are limited spots/sessions for the in-person training. You can sign up for the Research EMR courses on the ELEVATE LMS at https://elevate.unityhealth.to/learn.
