Patient Safety Education Sessions

The Patient Safety Team is offering three interactive educational sessions via zoom that are open to all staff to attend. We hope that you will consider registering if you are looking to build your patient safety knowledge.

We will be capping each of these modules to 60 participants. First come first served! If you happen to miss it, not to worry as we will be offering again!

1. Patient Safety Culture – Wednesday March 27^th 2024, 1pm-2pm
2. Human Factors – Wednesday April 24^th 2024, 1pm-2:30pm
3. Patient Safety Event Review – Wednesday May 29^th 2024, 1pm-2pm
