Medical Affairs is pleased to announce the launch of an Internet and Intranet site.

• The intranet site  is available at:  https://unitynet.unity.local/departments-programs-services/clinical/medical-affairs/ and will be a central hub for contact information, forms and resources. This site will soon include the new Credentialed Staff Hiring Policy and Credentialed Staff Hiring Policy Implementation Toolkit, New Medical Staff On-Boarding and Orientation Package, Credentialing Primer and revised Justification of Needs Form and Cross-Appointment Application Form.
