Unity Health is pleased to be offering Thrive training for providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, midwives and physician assistants). Thrive classes are aimed at improving users’ proficiency in Epic, with a focus on updating user settings, learning how to perform workflows in fewer steps and discovering other tips and tricks to improve efficiency. Providers who complete Thrive training report significant time savings on Epic-related tasks.

Thrive classes will be offered from Feb. 6 to March 31 and led by Epic trainers as virtual instructor-led classes. Classes are discipline-specific, with providers mapped to the relevant track(s). Each class is approximately two hours and open to all Epic community members, providing a great opportunity to connect with clinicians from other organizations. Attendance is strongly recommended.

Registration for Thrive classes will open next week. If you have nurse practitioners, physicians, midwives or physician assistants on your team, please encourage them to register for a class before March 31.

Additional communication will follow to eligible providers and their managers or department heads next week. Relevant tip sheets and instructions will also be added to the EPR System Training page on UnityNet. Thank you in advance for your support to encourage participation.
