The University of Toronto, Department of Medicine is in the process of transitioning from WebCV to Elements and will decommission our use of WebCV on March 31, 2026. Please ensure you have downloaded a copy of your CV prior to this date for your records.
For faculty who are going through CFAR in spring 2026 or promotions in 2026 or 2027, where final documents are uploaded before March 31, 2026, you may continue to use WebCV. Faculty who are going through CFAR or promotions immediately after this (i.e. CFAR fall 2026 and promotions 2028) will use Elements and will be prioritized for data entry support from the Elements team.
To support this transition, the Elements team will be launching a new webinar series that will be available to the faculty and staff moving to the new platform in the coming months.
Webinar Training Series
MedIT will be offering an online multi-session webinar series to help users build their skills and understanding of the Elements platform.
If you’d like to attend (or have an administrative staff member attend on your behalf), please express your interest via the Elements Webinar Sign-Up form.
