The Department of Medicine is delighted to welcome Dr. Reza Gholami to the Division of Gastroenterology as Active Staff

Dr. Reza Gholami joins the Division of Gastroenterology as a Clinician Teacher and Assistant Professor, effective January 1, 2026. He completed his Gastroenterology training at the University of Toronto, where he undertook a multi-year clinical fellowship from 2019 to 2023, including specialized training in Inflammatory Bowel Disease, followed by a role as a Gastroenterology Hospitalist Fellow. In 2025, he completed the University of Toronto’s Master Teacher Program, further demonstrating his commitment to medical education. Dr. Gholami has also served as a Clinical Associate at St. Michael’s Hospital since October 2023.
