New Staff Profile: The Department of Medicine is delighted to welcome Dr. Nikki Goldberg, Division of Hematology/Oncology, to the active staff!

Dr. Nikki Goldberg:  Nikki joins the Division of Hematology/Oncology as a Clinician Teacher and Lecturer as of January 13, 2025. Nikki completed her MD, internal medicine, and adult hematology residency at the University of Toronto.  She was Chief Medical Resident at St. Michael’s Hospital in 2018/2019. She has recently completed a fellowship in malignant hematology at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and is a year and half through the Master Teacher Program. With the rapid growth in myeloid malignancies and with Nikki’s advanced training in malignant hematology, we are excited to welcome Nikki to the division and the department! She will also fully participate in trainee education and it is anticipated that she will take a leadership role in education in the future.

Outside of work, Nikki loves cooking (and has completed the George Brown culinary arts continuing education program), reading, yoga/pilates, and spending time with friends and family including her three young children (ages 2, 4, and 6).
