  • Fahad Razak and Peter Juni for their leadership roles and to Sharmistha Mishra, Janet Smiley, Art Slutsky et al for their work on the Ontario COVID-19 Science Advisory Table, which collectively received a President’s Impact Award from the University of Toronto for outstanding contributions and dedication to supporting evidence-informed decision making and response to the COVID-19 pandemic in Ontario and nationally.

Division of Rheumatology Update

Congratulations to Dharini Mahendira who is the successful candidate for the role of Head, Division of Rheumatology at SMH.  Dharini has been Interim Head since July 2022 and will therefore transition into this role immediately.

Thank you to the members of the Search Committee (Heather McDonald-Blumer, Laurie Thomas, Ophir Vinik, Stephanie Yang) for their thoughtful input.
